Subject: WFJM Weekly E-News & Teaching

Dear Friends and Intercessors,

What a wonderful time to be alive!

I’m sure some are wondering how I can possibly make that declaration…

We see a massive deception swirling around us regarding nearly every topic from religion to politics. The enemy seems to be encroaching at every turn. The economy is devastated by the policies of this current administration. Chaos is trying to consume our inner cities. Darkness is wreaking havoc on the minds of our young people. Depression and anxiety seem to blanket the atmosphere. They are redefining “woman” while expanding gender to 81 separate identities. They are labeling parents who care about their children’s health and education as domestic terrorists. If you are white and a Christian, you are racist... I could go on.

It’s easy to see how one might start to feel overwhelmed and perhaps even fearful. The media tells us that “this is the new norm, get used to it!”

That is man’s perspective.

I prefer to look at things through God’s perspective. What does He
say?

The Lord says we are in a Revolution! This is not a revolution provoked by man but rather, the Spirit of the Lord stirring up the hearts of men to set this nation free from the bondage of tyranny! The elite used the pandemic to transfer our wealth to their pockets and bring us under their rule, locking us in our homes, closing our churches, and so on. Then, just as we crawled out of our caves, they tried to throw us into WW3.

Friends, that was the final straw!

They have overstepped their boundaries and because of this, God provoked the very revolution that will strip them of their power! If you could only see what is taking place in the spirit-realm, fear would dissipate, and faith would take its place.

Why is a revolution so important? In short, it exposes and uproots everything that stands in the way of God’s Divine will being accomplished in the earth! It provokes in the heart of man, not only an unwillingness to remain under the status quo, but the ability to come up and out.

During this season, we desperately need a Spirit of Understanding (Isaiah 11:2, Ephesians 1:18) to be released within us so we can see through the confusion, the chaos, and the deception swirling around us, and anchor ourselves in truth. This will enable us to stand strong in this hour.

The Spirit of Understanding helps us view things from God’s perspective rather than man’s perspective. Why is that so important? This not only paves the path for us to be anchored in His Truth, but it also creates a platform from which we become an unshakable force in the midst of the storm. The enemy comes in like a flood, but if we are grounded in what God is saying, we will be immoveable. This enables us to press through obstacles that we would otherwise back away or even run from.

I’ve shared this before, but it bears repeating, in the midst of a revolution, a true, God-driven revolution, the Lord releases His heavenly host to go and strengthen men. The Lord showed me this in the spirit as it occurred during the first Revolutionary War, and He’s shown me what is taking place today. He knows how difficult this season is, but He has not left us alone! He sends forth His ministering angels to strengthen us! (Mark 1:13, Psalms 104:4) This strengthening enables us to press in and press on in spite of unspeakable odds.

The enemy will still try to bring fear, but we must not give into his fear tactics. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of love, of power, and a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7) Remember, courage is not an absence of fear—courage is going toe to toe with that fear and then plowing right through it!

Our response to what we face today is paving the way for something mighty to be birthed in the earth!

In the midst of all this chaos and confusion, people are waking up!
They are waking up to their desperate need for God. They are seeking Him—not in a superficial way—but for a deep and meaningful relationship.

People are waking up to the importance of prayer. I see more repentance and intercession lifted up to the throne room of God than at any other time in my life. This, my friends, opens the gates of heaven to rain down upon our land.

As I said, we are in a revolution. A revolution in the Ecclesia, a revolution in education, a revolution in the political realm, a revolution in media, and a revolution in how we value life. People are waking up to the truth. This goes for both the Ecclesia and the unbelievers. This is key for any lasting change to occur in the nation.

Revolution is hard, it changes things dramatically and sometimes suddenly. Let’s be honest, few people really like change. However, when we embrace and align ourselves with what God is doing, it will be much easier to endure. Soon, we will begin to see the fruit of our prayers… and we will honestly look at each other and say, yes, it really is a wonderful time to be alive!

Blessings & love,
Ricci Johnson-Wilson

Growing In God (Union) Part 10
Section B
Psalm 63
By Nita Johnson
8.5.21

Can you imagine the world without Christ? The Lord recently gave me an experience where I experienced the world without Christ. Not only was He not interested in coming to the world as a Savior, but he took off His Godhood, stripped Himself of it, and came to Earth to work as a carpenter. Jesus was the finest carpenter in the world! He stood before me in such arrogance. I do not want to tell you all I saw because it was too painful.

I said to Him, “Jesus, why are You here looking like this?” He replied, “Just got tired of being God, honey.” I said, “You cannot be tired of it. You are God; that is who You are!” He retorted, “Look girly, this is all right with Me.” I cried, “Lord!” He interrupted. “Do not call me that!” “Okay,” I responded. “Jesus, I can not imagine You being at peace with this place. It feels awful where sin abounds; the hatred of all things good, and the love of all things evil abounds here. It is like the worst place on earth was now every place on Earth.” By now, fully agitated, Jesus remarked, “Well, I don’t know what to tell you, girlie. I’m happy just being a carpenter.”

I will not go any further than that, but I will tell you that I experienced life on Earth without God's holiness, righteousness, and love. It was horrible! Jesus is so beautiful! The one thing that makes Him the most attractive is the beauty of holiness. Here He was as though He took off His crown and rejected everything it stood for.

Oh God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is.

That is the way it was. It was a dry and thirsty land where there was no water. When you are in Israel in the heat of summer, going into the desert, in my opinion, is a horrible experience. I would rather stay in the city because the desert is so hot it is miserable, but it is so dry you can hardly talk for the dry mouth that it creates. So it makes the heat very difficult to handle.

David is quite aware of this situation, “In a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; to seed thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen in the sanctuary.” David is talking as one who saw Him, His power, and His glory in whatever they were using at that time as a sanctuary.

He is beautiful. He provokes such hunger and passion to taste Him. The Bible says: “Taste and see that He is good.” Only He can stimulate the heart to hunger for righteousness, holiness, His love, and the knowledge of Him. He is the only One that can draw us unto Himself. Even Jesus said at one point that it was the Spirit that drew us.

So our capacity to want, love, and need God, except He put that in our heart, cannot exist. What about a world where God does not do that? What about living in a world that has already captivated your soul, mind, and heart and has no desire to let go? For you to hunger for God would be His worst enemy. So He is not going to allow you that privilege. Life would be dreadful!

God called us to Himself, and He wants to reveal His glory to us. He wants to lovingly expose His righteousness and power to us.

Because thy lovingkindness is better than life. My lips show praise thee. Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips: when I remember thee upon my bed and meditate on thee in the night watches. Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.” Psalms 63:3-7

To be continued next week…
In Him,
Nita
