Regarding this Gift of Jesus (Isaiah 53:8–12), I felt God’s heart, and I am feeling it again. Suppose you could imagine that you had spent years and years, maybe even decades, saving money to purchase an extraordinary gift for an extraordinary person. And then the day finally came. You could buy it, give it, and joy fills your heart that morning. Happiness and such an incredible expectation and anticipation of being able to give this special gift to this individual lifts your heart to the heavens. That is such a minor example of what the Father’s heart felt in giving Christ as the Gift to the human race.

He takes great pleasure in, and His heart prospers in the delight of being able to introduce His Son to the peoples of the earth. Jesus was such a treasure to the Father. He was the most valued Gift God could ever give to mankind. Moreover, the day had come that He could finally give it. God knew the people before ever the world was who would accept and embrace the beauty of His Son, the beauty of the Truth that His Son was offering.

Everything about the Son was exceptionally beautiful because of His inner glory. He was wonderful in the mission of saving the world and in the eyes of the Father. The Father had nothing more meaningful to give as a Gift to the people of the earth, even knowing that most would not understand in the beginning. The Father and the Son shared the joy of revealing the Son Who came to testify of the Truth once lost. The Father yearned to make known the beauty of the Kingdom in purity and holiness so that He could show us what life was meant to be.

The day Jesus was born, the Father’s heart was so full of joy it was exploding within Him. That is why the Angels were singing. The people of the earth could not hear it, but I saw all creation was singing in Heaven and on earth. The song also traveled through the hearts and souls of people, some of whom did not understand its meaning. As the Angels sang, “Joy to the world, Joy to the world” He poured out this momentary joy upon the world because of His Son. The Son Who would overcome the darkness. Who would take the Kingdom to the people of the earth, and Who would destroy the horrid darkness of the satanic theft. His heart was so full of joy as Jesus walked, talked, and revealed the Father’s heart. He was imparting. His footsteps were creating paths of revelation of the Father and His promise to the world. The Son would go forth to establish the Kingdom of God on the earth as well.

If I could only let you feel what it means to Him. Every time I read the word “Truth” in the article, which thing I read repeatedly, I would again start crying because it is the Kingdom of Truth, Truth about the Father, and the glory! I kept thinking if His Church could only know the Truth experientially. How could you ever complain about even one malady, one difficulty, one time in the challenge of your faith? How could we ever complain about anything negative because the Light of this Truth is so high above anything that we would have to endure on this earth?

The Light of the Glory of the Truth is so rich and beautiful. It is powerful above all! The Truth is so much higher than anything you can imagine. It means more than we could ever wonder what it could mean. Satan has so perverted the Truth that even when we see it and love it, we still cannot see it. It is like looking at a multifaceted diamond, yet you can only see the light through one of the facets. All the other facets seem hidden. This example represents the way of this Truth. Satan has so veiled the Truth that even if we are looking at it straight in the face and all the wondrous glory that we could ever touch in this life, we cannot, on average, see enough of the Truth to understand what Jesus was trying to relate.

And the joy. The Bible says: that Jesus endured the Cross through the joy of receiving the prize. What was the prize? It was you! His Church.

Notwithstanding, this is the other side of the song. It is not just the prize that He was able to put in His arms, but the revelation of what awaits you. Satan tried to hide and destroy the blessed reality of the Truth so that no man could ever know. The Lord ripped the veil that hid Heaven and God’s Kingdom from sight from top to bottom for every willing heart to see, know, and have. This Truth is why I could not quit crying. I kept feeling the Lord’s heart. I kept feeling the Father’s heart and what it meant to them. Jesus saw the Cross as a privilege. He saw it as such a great privilege because of what was going to transpire because of it.

He does not want you to be blind to the Truth. He wants your eyes, heart, and spirit open so you can see the beauty of the Truth and walk in the nature and character of the Truth. He so longed for you to know, understand, experience, and live in every minute of every day the living character of the Kingdom of Truth---the love, the joy, the peace, the gentleness, the goodness, the brotherly love, the belief in all things good, the long-suffering, the gentleness. He wanted us to walk in that every moment because that is the life and character of the Kingdom. The life of God’s Kingdom that we will live in throughout eternity. With Divine jealousy, Jesus held this eternal Truth in His heart. He endured the storms to give it to you. This Truth was the Father’s Holy treasure He had been and still is preparing and perfecting for thousands of years.

Let us look at Ephesians 3:16 - 17

17 May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love,

Nothing less can do. Without love, you cannot have the other virtues. Without the virtues of Christ indwelling your innermost being, active in every relationship between you and God, and between you and people, you are not touching the Kingdom. You may be in the Kingdom, but you are not walking IN the power and life of the Kingdom. That is what He wants for you. That is what lifts you above the satanic cloud.
