Dear Friends, Cedarwood: thank you for your continued support of our ministry. It is through your support, that we’ve been able to maintain our CedarWood Pantry, Coats & Clothes, BackPack Kids, and Homeless Outreaches. Collectively, we impact the lives of almost 900 people each week. Throughout the shutdown of 2020, we’ve seen a nearly 25-30% increase of homeless people on the streets in Seattle as well as those families attending our weekly pantry. Without a steady income, many are struggling to just make ends meet. So, whether it is through food, clothing, or various household and/or personal supplies, they are learning that Jesus cares about them and the everyday struggles they face. Thank you for standing with us through these uncertain times to ensure their needs are met. Phone Gathering of the Eagles, JULY 27-31, 2020: the enemy is in an all-out assault on this nation and those around the world. If it were possible, he’d certainly destroy us outright. America is the last remaining light in the earth and it cannot, it must not be extinguished. It is through our continued intercession that we retain a shield of protection amid this great shaking. To each one of you who joined our Gatherings via phone this year, you’ve made a tremendous difference in the earth. One, you may not see the full extent of until we reach heaven. We invite you to once again, set aside the time to join us July 27-31, 2020 as we stand in the gap for the nation. Invite your friends and family, anyone with a heart for the nation to join us. It’s critical. The battle is increasing, and we must not grow slack or weary in our intercession. God is creating in you a mighty warrior, and through you a mighty army. Prophetic Intercessors Training Ground: last week I delivered a pointed message addressing the importance of “Building Fortitude in the Midst of the Shaking.” I address the purposes of God for our nation and the distractions that come our way to inhibit us from realizing His plans and purposes in the earth. The previous week, Nita Johnson delivered a critical message regarding the deeper walk with God. “Think on these things…” will help you remember the higher call to which you’ve been created. You can listen to those messages by clicking here. Again, we thank you for your faithfulness. We love and bless each one of you! Ricci Wilson

"Embracing the Shaking of 2020"
Part 5 (transcription from October 2019)
Ricci Wilson
For those that were at the DC Gathering, you will remember that one of our intercessors brought me a stuffed lion which turned out to be very instrumental over the course of our Gathering. Just prior to her knock on my door, the Lord told me “The Lion is coming for you.” What He meant by that was not just for me personally, it is for the body of Christ. He is coming to be the force that we needed, He is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. He is a force to be reckoned with. When He comes, the enemy flees—he cannot stand in the presence of the Almighty. We must learn to call upon the strength and the fierceness of our Lord and Savior in times like these.
We often see Him as the One who died for us. We can see Him as the One who tenderly picked up the children and loved on them. We can imagine Him as a servant because He served humanity at every opportunity. BUT, do we see Him as THE WARRIOR? Do we see Him as our Protector, as our Shield? Do we see Him as the Fierce Protector of the children of the King? As a Keeper of the Kingdom? Do we see Him as the Warrior who is wanting to transition His children from infants to adults?
I shared in my message entitled “Wanderers to Warriors” what took place in the people of Israel as they crossed over the Jordan. The Lord gave me an experience wherein He showed me the transition that took place as they crossed over the Jordan. This change that took place within them was so deep, it was at the cellular level. They’d been wanderers for 40 years, everything they needed was divinely provided for them and now they needed to go in and take the Promised Land. This required a tremendous maturing in them to equip them to go forth and take the land. The Jordan-crossing solidified, matured and equipped them supernaturally.
Many today refuse the change God wants to do in them. They have staunch attitude of, “Well I am the way I am, you know? He is not going to change me now,” or “You know, you cannot teach an old dog new tricks.” Friends, this is so far from the attitude God is calling His people into. We are not dogs, we are warriors, we are children of the King, children created and called by God to live in this particular hour in history, and we must learn to embrace the shaking because LIFE is about to be born on the other side of it and if we haven’t engaged with Him, then we will not experience that LIFE!
Matthew 13:3-12: “And He spoke many things unto them in parables, saying: “Behold, a sower went forth to sow. And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the wayside; and the fowls came and devoured them up. Some fell upon the stony places, where they had not much earth; and forthwith they sprung up because they had no deepness of earth. And when the sun was up, they were scorched, and because they had no root, they withered away. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them. But other fell into good ground and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixty-fold, some thirty-fold. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear!” And the disciples came, and said to Him, “Why speakest thou to them in parables?” He answered and said to them, “Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them, it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance; but whosoever hath not from Him, shall be taken away, even that he hath.” Now, this morning I was praying about this and I had a vision that I want to share with you, but I want to talk about the Parable of the Sower through this process. I am not going to go into the varying types of ground, because for the purpose of this message, I only want to focus on the last type: the good soil. (Note: This message was given to Joel’s Army leadership.) I am talking to people who had seed deposited into good soil; you are good soil and His seed has been deposited into you. So, for the purposes of this message, I am not going to discuss the other three types because you are good soil, you are Joel’s Army, you have paid the price, you have fought alongside us. We have wept tears together, we have warred together, we have grieved together, we have celebrated together. Year after year we have stood together on behalf of this nation. You are good soil, so I do not have to address the need of good soil here. What I want to talk about here is what will be reaped from the good soil.
Friends, unto you it has been given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven. Unto you, those that the seed has been deposited into, it has been given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven. That was Jesus’ response when His disciples asked Him why He spoke in parables. Those who are close to Him, those who seek His face, for those who press in, it’s been given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven.
To be continued next week… Blessings and love, Ricci Wilson

Acts Book II (Part 4C) A Change Is Coming
by Nita LaFond Johnson
The Church will never understand its call in this hour if she does not go deep in God, because you cannot produce it from your soul or flesh; it can only be produced by your spirit. You cannot read books and get the road map for tomorrow. Even the apostles and prophets who are hearing from the Lord and have a relative understanding of where we're going, even they cannot really tell you how to get there. God is creating the road map as we go along. Now that's a little scary, isn't it? Can you imagine standing at the mouth of the desert knowing you’ve got one hundred miles of desert to cross and not even knowing which way points East, West, North or South? God is calling the Church to learn to live by blind faith. In the desert where blind faith is learned, you are going to get knocked down; you are going to enjoy hardships, encounter pressures and know what it really means to be confused because you’ve never walked this way before. The Bible says that the Lord leads the blind by a way they know not. You’ve never walked this way before. Man is used to being led by the senses of sight, hearing and the other senses. God does not lead that way; He leads by the inner call. Many times, you do not even know why you are walking in one direction or another until you are almost or completely through it; only then do you realize why He led you in the way He did. He leads the blind by a way they know not. Moses had a call to be a deliverer, but look where he went. He learned that he could not answer the call in the flesh, and his attempt to answer the call in the flesh led to complete failure. When he realized that he couldn’t do it the way he had been taught in Pharaoh’s home, he went into the desert. He came to understand that his only hope of being the deliverer he was created to be was to find the One who was responsible for the call.
This is where the Church is missing it. They want to go out into all the world and take the Gospel, but they have never done what Moses did. They have not left the world behind to find the Author of the Gospel, so that they could take not only the Gospel, but also its Author to the world. Taking the Gospel will accomplish some things but when, like Christ, you take the Author Himself, what is accomplished is a whole different dimension of reality. The Church has been down here pressing through the darkness trying so hard to fulfill what God seems to be saying. They are trudging through the trenches, trying to be obedient, not realizing that they have left the most important thing behind. Even if you have a prayer life, that is not enough. There is more that is needed, and this more that I speak of is the Author and Finisher of our faith. Moses left Egypt and did it the right way, heading into God. The Bible says that he never flinched but he held staunchly to his call. You see him standing before the burning tree and it sounds like he’s flinching; God’s telling him what to do and he's telling him he can't do it. It sounds like he’s flinching, but you can't always tell by a man’s words what is going on in his heart. He wasn't flinching; he had fears and concerns, but deep inside there was a determination to possess what he set out to possess.
God is securing this in many Christians today. He is securing staunchness, an unflinching attitude and a refusal to retreat, this desire to have more of God than they have ever had of Him, even though they may not understand what having more means. There are those who understand that they have got to press into the light so that the light can fill them and lead them in the path they know not. There are those who are beginning to understand that they will never know exactly what they are called to do until they are resting in the bosom of God. They must know Him and experience Him. They need more than even a tangible relationship with God; they must be united to Him, their soul completed in Him. Those who understand this are not going to do business, Church or fellowship the same way again. Everything begins to change when they understand that what they are lacking is something they really can have, and that is more of God. You do not come to Church anymore to sing pretty songs or hear a great message; you come to Church to touch God and to be touched by Him. Worship changes. You're not coming to Church any more for your Sunday fix; you're coming to meet God, to hear the voice of God, and to hear what He's saying to you personally, whether He speaks through His preacher, His Word or His Spirit. You're here to do the will of the Father.
To be continued next week…
In Him,
Nita Johnson
