Subject: This week's Call to Prayer and our Upcoming Gathering of the Eagles!

Dear Friends and Intercessors,

The Lord is moving upon us in this hour to engage with Him through extended intercession over the nations.

This week, our prayer focus will be to prevent WW3.

Nita had a dream over the weekend that coincided with the vision the Lord gave me (Ricci) last year and she (Nita) feels it is essential that we engage in prayer over certain events taking place between Russia and Ukraine.

Nita will share her dream and provide guidance and then we will pray.
Due to the critical nature of this week’s prayer focus, we will not have prayer Wednesday morning but instead, we will add Wednesday night to our weekly intercession.

As a reminder, our Seattle Gathering of the Eagles is quickly approaching! September 19-22, 2023. If you have not registered, I encourage you to do so. There is limited seating at this venue and those pre-registered will have first choice in the venue.
 
The Lord has shown both Mom and I that the Fall and Winter months are going to be quite difficult. As such, our time in intercession weekly and at our upcoming GOE will help diminish the severity of those events. Thankfully, the cost for transportation is much better than the Spring GOE so we hope to see you there!

Here are some pressing needs our CedarWood department has:

  • We provide weekend meals for 200 children monthly. Child Sponsorship - $34.99 per month provides essential nutrition to a child in need
  • Shoes
  • Blankets - All sizes
  • Sleeping bags for the homeless
  • Volunteers
  • Diapers (Size 3 & up) & baby wipes
  • Baby Food & Formula
  • $5-$20 Gift cards for Gas for our volunteers who transport the food to and from the Pantry

Most donations can be dropped off during the Pantry or mailed into our office. Tax deductible receipts provided.


Coats & Clothes Closet:
Open Mondays and by appointment. We need volunteers to help organize and prepare clothing for visitors
   
The need is great and our numbers are increasing every week. Please pray that our volunteer base will increase as well!
