Dear Friends,
We are four weeks from the DC Gathering of the Eagles! If you are uncertain as to whether you should attend, or have not yet prayed about coming, I want to encourage you to set time aside and get ahold of God for His will for you in this situation. As you pray, I ask you to consider some things…
We are in a crucial time in history period, but particularly within the United States of America. There are some things that are set to shift in the spirit realm. Even as I write this, the Lord is giving me a vision of a metronome, the Church is at the top of this metronome teetering back and forth, clinging to it, hoping for it to stop so we can slide down and get off this crazy ride. This metronome is on the fence of indecision. It’s wobbly, it opens us up to attack and makes us vulnerable to deception. Our ability to function in the spirit of wisdom, knowledge, understanding, revelation and discernment is cut off while we remain on this fence. Friends, the Lord is not going to allow us to remain on the fence of indecision any longer. He created the Church; He is calling His people out of the world and up to Himself. Instead, we keep teetering back and forth, dancing with the world while hoping He will just “intervene and make everything better for us”. These are the thoughts of children, and that season is over. We are not called to be children; we are called to be warriors and it’s time for the Church to engage as such.
At the end of 2018, the Lord told me that judgment was coming to the house of God and 2019 would be the year of Redefining the Church. His desire is to have a Church that is pure and wholly dedicated unto Him. A people who reject the teetering dance the enemy taunts us with and instead, plow ahead in utter obedience to His voice. A people who form a house of prayer. These are the people who will shine forth the light of Christ in the midst of the darkest hour. A people who embrace the refining because of its transformative nature—vessels usable by God.
Why is this so important in this hour?
You see, when the Church climbs down off that metronome and takes her place in this Nation, we will no longer be a weapon usable by the enemy against God’s plans for this Nation. Compromise in the Church makes us vulnerable to this because we sway back and forth falling prey to every wind of doctrine. But, when we have our chin set like flint, focused on His will, His ways, and His Word, we can release the government of God into the Nation (Matthew 28). This, in turn, will affect true and lasting change in our country.
We rely so heavily on one man to save us that we forget that there’s only one Savior and He came, died and rose again for us 2000 years ago. He then sent the Holy Spirit to teach, train, unite (true unity not the false unity movement), strengthen and empower the body of Christ to function as a governing force in the earth. If the Church would take her place in this country, the very act of us doing so, would strengthen our President and release the government of God across all of DC. By its very nature, it will force the unrighteous out, and the righteous men and women we elected would then have the strength to enact policies that are righteous in nature, policies we want enacted. The ripple effect of the Redefined Church taking her place in the righteousness of God, is far more powerful then we can even realize with our human intel.
When we have a president who carries the mantle of Cyrus—a mantle that allows the Church to release the government of God in the earth—come forward and ask pastors to have their people pray, it tells us that he understands the power of prayer, even as a babe in Christ. My question is this: why, why does he even have to ask?
I want to invite you to DC to come repent, pray for our Nation, the Church, the President, and the many other things that God has commissioned us to pray for during the time we are together. If you are unable to join us, please consider praying from home, or supporting the work of the Gathering.

________________________________________________ The Light Session 1 – Part A
By Nita JohnsonRecently, the Lord has been dealing with me concerning a new understanding of His Kingdom. I think those of you who follow the prophetic, look at these last days the way I do, in that there is the revelation of the midnight hour. This is a revelation stream that was released at 11:55pm according to the angel of the Lord and will pass through the midnight hour carrying the body of Christ into the high and holy portals
What I am going to give you over the next few weeks, is relatively new revelation. The scriptures are numerous that cover this subject, but our problem has been that we have misunderstood the terminology. We consider what the Bible is saying not based on the Spirit of God but based on our own intellect. This has brought us to a place where we are lower in stature than we should be at this time, but it isn’t anything that God can’t fix. If He has a group of Christians that will follow Him, work with Him, and strive for the perfection, He will have us right where He wants us and right on time!
Prayer: Lord, I thank You, I thank You for the wisdom, the understanding and the knowledge that You are giving in this hour. Thank you for the prophetic revelations that You are bringing to us in this hour. I thank You that where we have lack, You have plenty. You know how to get our attention and You know how to speak to us because we are Your children. So, I pray that You will help me tonight to express Your thoughts. If there is something missing that needs to be added, I pray that you would add it Lord, I just want Your will to be done. I want Your ways to be learned and I want Your plans to be fulfilled. We love You, we praise You, we stand in wonder and awe at the whole of who You are. In Your precious name, amen.
Open your bibles to Eph 4:11-15 (Amplified Bible – Classic Edition)
11 And His gifts were [varied; He Himself appointed and gave men to us] some to be apostles (special messengers), some prophets (inspired preachers and expounders), some evangelists (preachers of the Gospel, traveling missionaries), some pastors (shepherds of His flock) and teachers.
12 His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ’s body (the church),
13 [That it might develop] until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the [full and accurate] knowledge of the Son of God, that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ’s own perfection), the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and the completeness found in Him.
14 So then, we may no longer be children, tossed [like ships] to and fro between chance gusts of teaching and wavering with every changing wind of doctrine, [the prey of] the cunning and cleverness of unscrupulous men, [gamblers engaged] in every shifting form of trickery in inventing errors to mislead.
15 Rather, let our lives lovingly express truth [in all things, speaking truly, dealing truly, living truly]. Enfolded in love, let us grow up in every way and in all things into Him Who is the Head, [even] Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).
This is probably one of the most paramount calls to the individual as he comes into the kingdom of God. Here we look from the top to the bottom so to speak, of the critical government that God has set in His church. I know that some people think that there will be no government in Heaven. I can promise you I have been there many times when Government has been doing its work. Government is God’s idea, and it is a forever part of the Kingdom. What we need to come into this critical place of Christ and His perfection, is called the spirit of stimulation. We can want for great and mighty things, we can want for good things, we can want, you might say, wide and broad from the Kingdom of God however, to aspire to enter into these places, even if we are called into them, requires the help of the Holy Spirit. We cannot do it by ourselves. We can become a pastor but that doesn’t mean that the pastoral anointing and appropriate mantles, that God has set aside for His pastors who are called, would be upon us. We can do the work, but if the Spirit isn’t doing His part, it’s useless and while it may accomplish something on this earth, it doesn’t accomplish anything that has eternal value. I wanted to share that, as a prelude to the things that I am going to speak on.
God has a power. He has an authority. He has a force. He has a plan. And, He has a purpose that is so supreme that if we could see it with our eyes, we would find it very difficult to believe. However, I want to try to lay some groundwork perhaps for the next two weeks to help you better understand and know what to look for, what to follow, and how to pray so that the Lord will help you be right where you need to be in Him and positioned to be able to accomplish the life’s work that He has called you to. So, as we move through this tonight, please keep that in mind.
