Our Pentecost Gathering of the Eagles is May 23-26, 2023!

Location:
Bethel Chapel in Mountlake Terrace.

Registration:
Space is limited to 300 in the main room, an additional 50 in our overflow room. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. Those who pre-register will be given priority access, click here to register.

Lodging:
After an exhaustive search for appropriate lodging for our Pentecost Gathering in Seattle, we’ve decided not to contract or block off rooms with nearby hotels. Things have changed significantly in the last 3 years and unfortunately, certain discounts and shuttle services we procured on your behalf in prior years are non-existent. I managed to find better rates on the hotel’s website or through www.expedia.com than through the sales department of the hotels.
With that in mind, I mapped out four hotels within 10 minutes of Bethel Chapel that provide either free continental or buffet breakfasts.

Keep in mind, we do not have a room block at these locations, we are simply providing suggestions based on the area, their proximity to Bethel Chapel, and their amenities.

If you want to embark on your own search, I suggest you enter “Mountlake Terrace, WA” or “Lynnwood, WA” so you can narrow your search to hotels close to Bethel Chapel.

Transportation:
Bethel Chapel is 35-45 Minutes from the airport so if you are not in the Seattle area, you’ll need to rent a vehicle or perhaps connect with local intercessors for ride sharing.

Here are some pressing needs our CedarWood department has:

  • We provide weekend meals for 200 children monthly. Child Sponsorship - $34.99 per month provides essential nutrition to a child in need
  • Shoes
  • Blankets - All sizes
  • Sleeping bags for the homeless
  • Volunteers
  • Diapers (Size 3 & up) & baby wipes
  • Baby Food & Formula
  • $5-$20 Gift cards for Gas for our volunteers who transport the food to and from the Pantry

Most donations can be dropped off during the Pantry or mailed into our office. Tax deductible receipts provided.


Coats & Clothes Closet:
Open Mondays and by appointment. We need volunteers to help organize and prepare clothing for visitors
   
The need is great and our numbers are increasing every week. Please pray that our volunteer base will increase as well!
