Dear Friends,

This week is a time we often extend our gratitude for the many things God has provided. Many families sit around the table rattling off those things, hoping to instill within our children a sense of gratitude for what they have today. A perfect precursor to the gift-getting season isn’t it? I smile as I write this, however, the reality facing us today especially among our youth is that we—as a society—have lost sight of our purpose. Friends, there’s no greater gift, nothing that brings more gratitude in life than to understand our purpose in the earth.

During Passover, I did a teaching wherein I detailed a tender, impactful revelation as to our Messiah’s time here on earth. His greatest desire was a reunification of the creation with their Creator. Understanding the depth of what God went through to reunite us with Him is quite possibly one of the greatest gifts we can receive in this hour. When we see how much He loves us and desires that intimacy with us, it can significantly impact our viewpoint on our own influence in this earth. If we lived every day striving for intimacy with Him, followed by an effort to demonstrate the fruit of that relationship to the people in our lives, we would make further advancement into His plans and purposes for our lives in the earth than we ever thought possible. Intimacy with the Creator brings with it deep desire to obey Him along with a fluid effort to serve our fellow man. This sounds like the greatest commandment, doesn’t it?

Let us give thanks this year for understanding our purpose in life. If you do not yet know or understand your purpose, I give you this gift and this one. Listen with an open heart and let God pour His love down upon you. Let Him bring you into the depths of understanding why He created you. You matter to him, you are a tremendous treasure to Him, and He longs for a relationship with you that will enable Him to convey that love to the fullest.

Nita shared some powerful teachings over the last two weeks for those entering the deeper and higher places in God. She extends this gift to you Melchizedek Priesthood – Part One & Part Two , I invite you to listen to them this week. Again, bringing understanding to your purpose in life can bring tremendous substance to your life.

And finally, on Friday, I resumed our staff teaching on 1 Peter. The Lord took us on a journey through the stones of scripture that build the Father’s house. This is not a complete list however, I had an experience that I shared and I believe it will help usher us across this next phase of our journey and on into the promises of God. It’s an impartation you will not want to miss! I invite you to listen to this timely message.

The enemy wants to strip you of your identity, fight back with truth and understanding of God’s purpose for creating you and step into the fulness of your destiny in this earth.
