Subject: "Newness of Life: Know No Bounds" Part 2B

Dear Friends & Intercessors,

God is beckoning us all to enter the deeper places in Him in preparation for the days ahead. This place, my friends, it’s not only deeper than we’ve ever been, but deeper than where most imagine possible. For those who press in during this season, He will disperse the clutter, the fog, and any obstacles standing in your path because the truth is, He wants more of you. His love, His hunger, His passion for you is beyond description.

The Psalmist wrote, “As the deer panteth for the water so my soul panteth after Thee…” (Psalm 42 paraphrased). The deer needs an abundant water source to survive and in times of drought they’ve been known pant or cry out for it. God’s desire is for us to hunger and thirst for Him as He does for us.

He is calling us into a season of refining so we might emerge as one who, having endured the fire and pressed through the drought, abides in the river of His presence. We are called to walk in levels of intimacy rarely taught yet so desperately needed if we are to step into the fulness of what He’s created us for. This can only be accomplished through prayer, diligent study of His Word, and teaching from those who’ve walked the path before us.

This is where we are headed my friends. Join Nita and me (Ricci) every Thursday nights at 5:20 PST as we share revelations from the Word of God. Our desire is to help you prepare for the refining and understand the move of God that’s on the horizon while challenging you to go deeper, ever yearning for more of Him through these messages. We have one more week of services and then we’ll be gone for the DC Gathering of the Eagles. Services will resume after the GOE.

You can listen to Nita’s message “Victories!” from last week, along with the prior messages on our Media Library and hear my six-part teaching entitled “The Refining” on the Prophetic Intercessors Watch and Joel’s Army pages of our website.

Please keep the upcoming GOE in your prayers!

Blessings & love,

Ricci Wilson

CW Expansion Project Update:

So far, we received monthly pledges for a total of $4511 toward the projected monthly budget increase of $6000! We’ve received just over 75% toward our increase! Thank you for standing with us in this endeavor!

At CedarWood, our clients receive more than just food. They receive prayer as well. I’d like to share the following excerpt from our CW Weekly Report: Perhaps you will remember the report from last week about a woman who received prayer for MS. She told us she went back to her doctor for an exam and they found no indication of the disease in her brain, even though she had been told otherwise in previous visits. Praise God! We continue to pray and believe for her complete healing.

This is what you are helping us build; a community that cares for—and reaches out to—one another.

Again, I invite you to participate in our CW Expansion Project with your pledge of support:

Copy and paste the following statement into an email addressed to tiffany.wfjm@gmail.com. She will save your commitment letter and, if you like, sign you up to receive weekly updates with stats and personal stories from our Monday Pantry events. To begin donating today Click here to be taken to our CedarWood Expansion Project donation link.

I/We commit to support the expansion work of CedarWood Int’l by my/our donation of ___________per month. I also agree to partner with you in prayer over this outreach and would welcome weekly correspondence providing updates on the CedarWood Pantry efforts.
Sincerely,

“Newness of Life: Know No Bounds"

Part 2B

February 2, 2017

When Jesus died on the cross, we were baptized into that death and then He rose again. I thought about that resurrection and about His time on this earth. You know, He spent some time here, visited the disciples; actually He visited many people. He went from point A to point B in the blink of an eye. If we are to be baptized into His death and His resurrection, especially in the last days, should not the boundaries we put on ourselves start to also fall away?

People talk about being translated from here to China, here to Africa, here to India, you know? And we kind of laugh about it sometimes and think, “Oh yeah, then we would not have to worry about checking in our luggage, equipment…we would just go there and back.” There are reports of ministers being taken to a certain place to minister to someone and afterward they come back. That is someone who is really walking in the death and resurrection, fully understanding what it means to “know no bounds”! We put restrictions on ourselves and when do that, we limit God.

Now think about that. It does not mean we do things in our own power. In fact, it is just the opposite. It means that this body of flesh we have been contained in needs to submit to God in all things. And if we are going to be fully used by God to a point that we know no bounds and if we are really baptized into the life, death and resurrection of Christ, we have to submit ourselves to God in ALL things.

The more sin we have on us, the further we get from God and the more sin has its grip in us. The further we are from God, the more we reduce the opportunity of being used by Him. But when we can step into His life, His death, His resurrection and be used by God, really be used, and live a life where we step outside the boundaries that we put upon ourselves, imagine the possibilities!

Consider this for a moment: The Lord has been digging very deep into me, where I’m beginning to try to understand the possibilities. And every time I ask Him, “How is that possible?” I am doubting Him. Every time I tell Him, “No” and I stammer my way through the excuses, I am stepping outside the realm of faith and I am putting myself back in the box that man has created for me.

When we know no bounds, we fully understand what God’s passion is for us. Find your passion; discover the purpose you were created for. What is God’s purpose for your life? When you figure that out, grab hold of God and set aside the boundaries, anything that might stand in your way. Get hold of God and let Him fulfill that passion through you.

Set aside the boundaries that man puts on you. You are immersed in Christ! Every time you dip yourself in Him, you come out a richer representation of who He is. How can we immerse ourselves in Christ? We read His Word, we pray, we fast. Think about that. I know there are a lot of people who fast on a regular basis. Some people live a life of fasting, some will fast every year or whenever they are looking for a promise, trying to get answers from God. They will go on a fast to get those answers.

I remember mom saying a long time ago, “Some people tell me they are fasting TV or chocolate and I think, what? What? That is not a fast! A fast is something that is a sacrifice for your flesh to engage in.” But when you fast, truly fast in whatever way God calls you to do, given your health and given your abilities and you spend that time with Him, immersing yourself in Him, when you come out of that period of fasting there is a change in you. There is something that takes place within you so that it is almost at a cellular level. It is deeper than you can imagine.

I am really asking you all to push beyond your thinking in this moment and consider a life where you know no bounds. A life where you are so immersed in Christ that you hear His heartbeat, you smell of the sweet fragrance of the Kingdom, you emulate Christ so that your words and your actions represent someone who has fully immersed themselves in Christ. Fully immersed is like cloth soaking in hot water full of dye. When you put the cloth in, the fibers of the cloth open up so that it can absorb the color to the fullest extent and come out in the beautiful rich color you were looking for.

God is calling us to a depth that we have not yet reached. He is calling us to be baptized into His depth, baptized into His depth that we would walk into a newness of life. I am desperately trying to convey what is happening in my spirit as I share. When we walk in a newness of life, the old is set aside because the newness of life is focused on a passion—the passion He puts within you.

Some have a passion for prayer. Some have a passion for the Nation. Some have a passion to teach. Some have a passion for music. We are all one Body, given a passion for the purpose of drawing all men unto God. If you had no boundaries set before you right now, what would you do to fulfill the passion that God put within you?

Every time I look at what God has called me to and the plans and purposes He has shown me for my life, and I say, “Yeah, but God…” I am slamming closed the doors of opportunity to fulfill those plans. He has really shown me that over the last few weeks. I have to repent and say to Him, “Lord, I do not mean to limit You; I do not mean to limit the call You placed on my life. I do not mean to do this, Lord God. How can I immerse myself in You to such a degree that those limitations fall away and that habit of saying, ‘Yeah, but God…’ fall away with it? How can I do that Lord?”

When I say, “Find out what your passion is because God is calling us to a life of knowing no bounds,” I am sharing what He is doing in me. This is not me focusing on you or pointing my finger at you. This is me locking arms with you and saying, “Let’s fulfill what God has called us to do in this life.”

If we had limited God, if we had said, “Okay, listen Lord, look at those polls on Trump” and we had allowed it to chip away at our faith and belief in God that this was His man for office, would Trump be in office today? He was God’s choice for this nation! Trump did not put limits on himself. His passion is to make America great again. This is not a man who walked a godly life, but a man who is striving for righteousness and doing the best he can with the information he has, to raise up a nation that is one nation under God. As he prays every day, as he calls upon people who have immersed themselves in Christ, he calls upon the experts so that he, too, might be immersed in God and fulfill his call.

To be continued next week…

Blessings & Love,

Ricci
