Dear Friends and Intercessors!

Mom's birthday is coming! 

On August 16th, we celebrate Mom's birthday! She's spent 2/3 of her adult life sowing into the work of God's Kingdom. It's a remarkable thing really, when you see a servant of God remain so unquestionably faithful to their calling in spite of the many obstacles and health challenges they face along the way. I always stand in awe of my mom and am so thankful for the lessons she's taught me along the way.

Mom's ministry has always been one to the Prepare the Body for the days ahead while persistently drawing them into intimacy with our Lord and Savior, Jesus. 

Many want to share their heart with Mom and let her know just how much this ministry has blessed them over the years, and her birthday is the perfect opportunity to do so! We invite you to send in letters or cards to join us in this wonderful celebration of her life. We will box them up and ship them up to her in time for her birthday.

Here are some pressing needs our CedarWood department has:

  • We provide weekend meals for 200 children monthly. Child Sponsorship - $34.99 per month provides essential nutrition to a child in need
  • Shoes
  • Blankets - All sizes
  • Sleeping bags for the homeless
  • Volunteers
  • Diapers (Size 3 & up) & baby wipes
  • Baby Food & Formula
  • $5-$20 Gift cards for Gas for our volunteers who transport the food to and from the Pantry

Most donations can be dropped off during the Pantry or mailed into our office. Tax deductible receipts provided.


Coats & Clothes Closet:
Open Mondays and by appointment. We need volunteers to help organize and prepare clothing for visitors
   
The need is great and our numbers are increasing every week. Please pray that our volunteer base will increase as well!
