With any successful launch, comes a few kinks and we ask that you be patient with us while we work them out. Below are some Q & A to help you navigate through, and make the most of our new website.
Q) Where's the Media Log?
A) Our Media Log is now titled "Media Library." You can access this page by clicking the link entitled "media library" located on the right-hand side of the page under the green "Quick Access" header.
Q) "When" and "where" will Nita and Ricci's message from Tuesday night be put on the website?
A) We will place it in the "Media Library" in the next 48 hours
Q) I had trouble donating today, what do I do- I'd like to make make sure my November contribution is accounted for to help meet your end of the month needs?
A) We experienced a glitch with the cart feature; our tech team is working on it now. Please note, this will not affect you, or your personal information it just affects our ability to accept orders or donations via the website.
Q) My login information for the "Intercessor's Vault" isn't working, what do I do?
A) To provide each of you with a unique user experience, you will each have the opportunity to choose your own username and password!
Instructions for setting up your personalized access to World for Jesus Ministries' website if you are an existing member, (or want to be) part of Intercessor's Vault:
1-Go to the top right-hand corner, click 'sign up' (this will direct you to the registration page)
2-Fill out the form, click submit.
3- An email confirmation will be sent to you.
4-Return to the website and select "Login" at the top of the page.
5-Enter your new username and password, and you'll be set!
The password you choose will be unique to you and allow you access to the Intercessor's Vault. If you forget (Note: if you are a Joel's Army PCM or PCL, this password will allow you access to these areas as well.)
Q) I'm a part of Joel's Army, do I need to submit my information again?
A) No. Your information is already entered into the system on your behalf. You do have to select your password.
Instructions for setting up your password on the World for Jesus Ministries' website if you are part of Joel's Army:
1-Go to the top right-hand corner, click 'log in' (this will direct you to the log in area)
2-Enter your email address and select 'lost your password?'
(The system will email you a link to reset your password)
4-Click on the link in your email, and you will be directed back to our website.
5-Enter a password of your choosing and save the changes.
