Now you should have received your 'Trial-Pack'.
Directions on how to use the product is explained at the bottom on the back of the zip-bag. The trail Pack can be used either as a 3 day trial or a 6 day trial.
3 Days – for weight control: Replace two meals with a shake + one healthy meal with cooked food
6 Days – for healthy nutrition/weight maintenance: Replace breakfast with a shake and Herbalife tea + two healthy meals with cooked food
Herbalife beverage tea: 1-2 glasses per day We also recommend a healthily snack between the main meals, if the meals are more than four hours apart. Try our nutritious and well balanced protein bars. And at least 2 liters of water/ day
