4-Dimensional Hot Tip for Spring
Take your precious bare feet on a texture walk. Take off your shoes and socks and slowly walk around your house or yard or the park from heel to toe. Very slowly. As you walk, notice each sensation on your feet. The temperature, texture, and pressure on your feet who do so much for you. Now as you walk notice the sounds around you and the feel of the air surrounding you. When your mind wanders put your hand on your heart and be kind to yourself and return to the feeling in your feet, on your skin, and sounds around you. Enjoy this flowing bubble of time that is your precious now. As you put your socks and shoes back on, thank your feet for holding you up and moving you around as you wish.
