The Goddess UZUME is here for you to remember to laugh and be silly. Uzume is an ancient Japanese Goddess who enticed the Goddess Amaterasu Omi Kami out of a cave where she had hidden. Uzume did a bawdy dance, exposing her breasts, and playing with her yoni amidst the howls of laughter of the deities assembled. So loud and enticing was the uproar that Amaterasu’s curiosity got the best of her, and she came out of her cave. Have you been in your own too-serious cave? Is it time to nurture your wholeness with the Spirit of Laughter? Laughter allows you to relax, and gain perspective on the lighter side of your life.

She has come to see how powerful The 4-D Wheel is in doing both thorough preparation and lasting integration work for psychedelic-assisted therapy. ✨This month's HOT JUICY TIP ✨

Find a place where you can move around and find some light fun music to listen to. Now place your feet on the floor and hands on your hips and let your hips move your body to the music. Now take your shoulders up to your ears and let them down with a HA-HA-HA. Do it again and make yourself laugh and laugh, then try other silly laughs. Be giddy and mad with your laughing and dance around playfully. Think of some friends who make you laugh and go out with them with an energy of dancing and laughter and have FUN!
