Find a place where you will not be disturbed. Sit or lie comfortably with you spine straight and eyes closed. Now imagine a magnificent tree. Walk or dance around your tree until you find an inviting hole that you easily enter. As you enter the hole you gently drift down the tree and into the roots until you enter the earth’s center and come into a clearing where you feel free and light.

Call to your Wild Woman with a song, stomp, dance or poem. She arrives and you embrace in a familiar and playful twirl. You ask her what you need and she agrees to tell you and asks you for a gift in return. She tells you what you need in a magical tale that materializes into a letter with your name on it. You generously give her a gift and embrace one more time.

With your Wild Woman letter in your pocket, that has instructions on what you need and how to get it, you find a root above you and easily climb up it and drift into the tree trunk with the deep earthy smell enveloping you. You find the hole that leads you back into this world and you float out of it onto this earth. Opening your eyes you reach into your pocket finding your letter with instructions of what you need to do to awaken and revive your Wild Woman. You skip away with a surge of strengthened, expanded vitality and joy into your life. Welcome back!
