if you are thinking about planning a trip to Italy—especially if you want to get a real taste of the local culture without being shoved into a big tourist group. From the very start the experience was amazing as the responses were very prompt and they answered the million questions my small group had with such patience and stellar customer service. All we had to do on the trip was show up on time as every driver, tour guide, and assistant met us where we stayed (the places we stayed were spectacular and family owned/boutique).
