What if you don’t have a good boss to learn leadership from part 2 of 2.

It can be a challenge to develop your leadership when you do not have a good boss to learn leadership from. Yet in an earlier video (https://youtu.be/1JV9AG_tRes), I went into some detail a few traits that you can employ to continuously practice your leadership.

In this video, I will share with you a couple of more traits, then finish off by apply them in a possible scenario where you can still practice your leadership. I end off by sharing with you my personal thoughts that there is really no such thing as a ‘good’ or ‘bad’ leader.
