There are plenty of videos on how to speak like a leader, but not as many on how to listen. Yet, how skilled you are in listening to what is really said can not only enable your team to be more productive, it will also enhance the relationships with them.

Based off my research and the concept of Appreciative Conversations by Dr David Copperrider, I will share a simple technique that can upgrade your listening skills as a First Time Leader to the next level.
