Have you ever been told by your manager to ‘take more ownership’? I know I have.

 

The thing is, I did not actually know what take meant beyond just doing my job and achieving the desired results.

 

It was only through my research via First Time Leadership, that I realised to take ownership is to be concerned about the state of mind of others.
