In an earlier video ‘The Caring Leader’, some viewers asked for clarifications on a number of the concepts. Reviewing that video, I realized that I could have better explain some of the concepts so on how they can be used and applied by First Time Leaders.

This time, I go into some detail on how you can combine your Leadership approach, the Platinum rule of ‘Treat others how they want to be treated;, and the concept of Leading with care, to be a First-Time Leader that others will work with and follow.
