Many first time leaders want to know how they can get their team and others to listen to them. They end up confused and believe that using their formal position authority is the only way.

In this video, I will share with you two other leadership traits that will help you get others to listen to you, and to do so willingly. Then I will apply all the traits mentioned in this and my previous video to a possible real life scenario, and end off by my personal thoughts on the matter.
