Hi Team,

I want to send out an email to explain how our l.aunch will take place and what
you can expect.  l.aunch is scheduled to happen on July 8th at exactly 12:01am.
 We all know that this is not a convenient time for most of us in the United States
and a hand few of other countries. Considering that you can't upgrade until your
sponsor upgrades, means that it will take some  time for members to get in under
their sponsor. No doubt people will have to wait until their sponsor upgrades. This
will be a long process and there is absolutely no reason to try to stay up and get
upgraded, at l.aunch time, only to have the  member below you, stall the build because
they're sleeping. Throw in people upgrading with bitcoin and KABOOM!!!! Could take
hours! Especially since upgrades have to be manually approved. It's going to be a long
process! No Thanks my friends!!   

Our team launch will kick off at 1:00 pm, cst on Saturday, July 8th. Our team account 
will be the one that starts the process off. We will get the team account funded and
upgraded. Then my account and John's account will be upgraded. After that, the flood
gates will open at 12:30pm. We will send out an email stating that it is time to upgrade and that
EVERYONE should be ready to upgrade as soon as their sponsor upgrades. Just
remember, your up line may not be available to upgrade right away so it is imperative
that you have patience. We speak from experience... you're going to want to email
us telling us you can't upgrade, it's a natural instinct. you will have to fight the urge every step
of the way as it will do you no good to email us... sorry.

For some, it's inevitable that people will email us, telling us they can upgrade.  It's
going to happen and we have no control over that. We will have  pre written responses
for such emails, if you get a response at all.  

We will do all we can to encouraged members to upgrade but just be aware... it will be
a slow process. It's not a race... we will do well because you know why? We're a team!!!!
Just expect delays! It's not a big deal. If your sponsor is taking an excessive amount of time
in upgrading, let us know and we will see if we can encourage them to take action.

Now please, go back and read the last paragraph so it sinks in. We will not acknowledge
emails that ask why you can't upgrade. If you don't know why, after reading this update,
we can't help you. The key word is "Patience"! You can't upgrade until your sponsor upgrades.
