Hello my friends,

The tally is in and it has been decided that we will go with a "Pif" plan.  As much
as some members didn't want to do it... almost half, we feel it is in the best interest
of the team so that we can start feeling in spots and grow the membership. It has to
be done or we'll die out, just like any other team build. We have to keep bringing
in members to succeed and this will be our best bet to make that happen.

I can honestly say that having about 220 upgraded members, I'm pretty disappointed
that only 72 of you decided to respond to our poll. What's up with that? Cmon Friend,
this team build is for you so if you have been active, thank you very much. if you haven't
done much for the team, get with it, ok? We won't call you out, in an update, like we 
wanted but we will send you an email asking why you're not active.

Folks, really, 500 hits can be easy for some and hard for others. We know this and
will not bust your chops if you can't get them. We just want to see some effort, that's
all. If you're getting hits, you're fine. If you don't do anything at all, we'll be sending
you an email.

What you need to do now is get our team link out there and keep promoting. Lets try
to bring in as many members as we can before we go into the "Pif" mode.

We will get the pif page set up and a donation spread sheet set up so everyone can
view their donations. It will be completely transparent. There will be no refunds of donations
for obvious reasons. It's going to be very easy. Members sign up to the pif page, we send
them a link to join and then they reply back with their user id and password and then
we go in and upgrade them. They can then change their password after everything is
completed. We hope to have this pif phase set up early next week as time permits.

We must now focus on bringing in hundreds of members so we can see success!  I honestly
thought that we'd have double the members that we have now but I guess I was wrong. Not
sure if it's the 2 bucks... or the team build... just don't know why so many signed up but
didn't upgrade.

With all this said... please consider a generous donation but don't go spending your grocery
money either. If we're going to make this happen... we need everyone to help out.
