On November 3 we will honor Mary with a special bilingual Mass at the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus/Sagrado Corazón de Jesús in Baltimore. The celebrant will be Cardinal Joseph W. Tobin, a Redemptorist and the archbishop of Newark, N.J.
What's the occasion?
We're marking 150 years since an icon of Our Mother of Perpetual Help first came to the United States and was publicly venerated.
That icon is now enthroned at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.
You're invited to this special Mass--beginning at 4 p.m. Saturday, November 3--and the reception following.
