Subject: Congratulations to our new deacons!

Dear Friend:

Last Friday and Saturday were very special days. On Friday evening, one of our seminarians made his final profession to the Redemptorists—and on Saturday morning, he and two other men were ordained transitional deacons.

A special Year for Promotion of the Redemptorist Missionary Vocation began in August 2013 and continues through November 9 of this year.

And what a great year for vocations it’s been!

This year alone in our Province, we’ve seen five priestly ordinations and now three deacon ordinations for men on their way to the priesthood.

Please keep these dedicated new priests and deacons in your prayers, as our priests and brothers pray for you daily.
