We are closing off on the fourth round of 28 Days, and it's been another shift and revelation for all.

I recorded Friday's gathering, where I went through a series of practical steps to help you be able to connect so easily and quickly in those moments you most need to.  It really helped us to empower ourselves with the tools for practical integration.
