Dear Friend
This week, here’s a charge for you:
Don’t wait for motivation—be disciplined.
Motivation is fleeting; it comes and goes. Discipline, however, is unwavering. It is what keeps you moving forward when motivation fades.
Life will throw obstacles in your path—that’s a given. But don’t let them become excuses. Stay committed. Follow through.
Feeling overwhelmed? Take it one step at a time. Can’t do a full run? Do half. No time for the gym? Do push-ups. Too many tasks? Start with the most important one.
Any action is better than inaction.
A little discomfort today is a small price to pay for the success you’re working toward. So yes, stay motivated—but when motivation isn’t there, let discipline take over.
Keep going. Follow through. Finish strong.
