As stated yesterday, our texting company was told that AT&T no longer supports URL shorteners that are external to the company This includes bit.ly, which was what we were using. These were cut off rather abruptly and I had to edit everyone's card and change the links to the new format.
The good news is that there was never any interruption of service, and I have completed the edits. Your card will work as expected, albeit you will notice your link has changed in appearance, even though it is still directed to the right location. |
