We have JUST RELEASED a NEW FEATURE for the digital card and that is the Back End Analytics are now available. This offers things such as how many times your card has been accessed in a certain time span, which buttons were pushed during a visit, and even which phone numbers texted you during a time period. These numbers can be copied and pasted into a spreadsheet that can then be loaded into a CRM.

Your card would have to be modified to be able to see these features and the data starts being collected only when this service is turned on. Setup is free but maintenance is an additional $10.00 per month. |
