| Just got word that the number 21000 is down. Someone sent a text through it that violated their rules and now it's in the review process to get it back up.
This has happened only once before since I started using this service in early 2019. The carriers are slow to respond so it may be a day or two before this service is restored. I will let everyone know when it is back up.
IN THE MEANTIME: Here are some ways to get around this issue. 1) Use your international number. Don't have one assigned yet? Go to your welcome page and scroll down to choose one. I will activate it as soon as I can. Here is the link to the welcome page. This link along with your user name and password were emailed out to you when your card was activated. 2) Ask them for their cell number. Then text your card right to them. Use this link for videos on how to bookmark your card on your phone and share. There's one for iPhone and one for Android. 3) Use your shortened url: Again, the welcome page has this link. It should be easy for all of you to remember. You can text it to them or write it in the chat. Mine is https://dabc.io/gabe. That goes to my digital card. For a link that goes to yours, use the same link only replace the word "gabe" with your keyword.
