This is a sentiment that I receive somewhat regularly. I bet you've heard of this as well. "I love what you have, but I'm not quite ready for it. Call me again in . . . Now, admittedly some may just be blowing you off. But others are serious about this and if you follow through with what they ask you may indeed get their business. If you don't it is sure that you won't. The question is, how much are you leaving on the table?
That is why I have just tweaked our software to better handle this situation. For those of you who are familiar with our product, you know we have a proprietary CRM that comes with the our video card system. Up till now, we have been able to set reminders for this type of situation. But for some reason or another, this just didn't work for me. as I would let my own reminders pass without doing anything.
Not any more. I have just provided the ability to schedule a "tickle" text at whatever the time period is that the prospect asked for. So even if it's two months away, the text will go out to them automatically at that time so you'll never have to miss anything again. |
