  --  Plan your day the evening before.

  -- Read for 30 minutes before you began your day.

  -- The night before, list the things you want to accomplish the next day with the most

      important things first.  Put them in the order of importance.

 -- Don’t go to things #2 on your list until you have completed thing #1 that’s listed.  Stay

    laser  focused on the thing you are working on at the time.
