I know it's tricky to get so much work done in such a short amount of time, but my intention was to show you the whole process so that you can take the prompts back with you and begin to engage your story in a whole new way on a daily basis.
Truly, identifying the logical outcome of your current story, choosing the new one, developing new scripts, and practicing new behaviors can create some serious change in your plot line. Awareness alone changes the game -- add some intentional words and actions, and you'll move yourself forward!
And...
I mentioned today that it's important to REWIRE the stories neurologically, and that we can experience deeper healing around the original wounds that created that story, so that our unconscious supports our new story too. Wouldn't it be nice to end the self-sabotage?

The 21-Day Quest: From Character to Co-Author
In January, I was inspired to offer a deeper dive into this work in a private Facebook group with a small circle of people, and the results were profound. I offered a prompt every day that they would answer, and then we would all witness each other's stories unfold, unwind, and unravel very rapidly.
