It’s a big, bold claim, and we don’t make it lightly.
For many of the people in our program - things really are different. What used to seem insurmountable to them is now achievable. The 15-minute baby steps led to power walking and running and hurdling obstacles that previously blocked the way forward.
They’re taking holidays they hadn’t envisaged. They’re somewhere new in their careers. They’re healthier and more organised and their relationships are stronger. And they didn’t need more than 15 minutes a day to make it all unfold.
