This program is designed to help you feel 'lighter' and become more efficient at work by taking small, simple, powerful steps towards better productivity.

Tips for success
The people who achieve the most from My 15 Minutes @ Work:
  • Schedule daily 15-minute time slots in their calendar to complete the program
  • Open the task, don’t over-think it, jump right in and do it then and there
  • Move back into their day seamlessly
Doing the tasks NOW creates a new habit and momentum. It breaks the entrenched pattern of procrastination that being overloaded by information has caused.

Let’s ease into the idea of spending just 1/100th of your day improving your productivity by doing a very simple task that declutters one of the 'highest traffic' areas in your working life.
Get into action
 
Step 1: Create a new email folder called ‘OLD INBOX’

Step 2: Move ALL of your existing emails across to it. (Note: If you have a large number of emails, it may take some time for this to be processed, but should still only take you one click to drag the content across.)

You now have a blank slate in your inbox and an opportunity to take control of your future messages. It should already feel lighter.

Step 3: Begin the task of sorting through your old inbox. You won’t get this part done in 15 minutes, but you can make a big dent in it, fast. Sort your messages by ‘sender’, highlight a page at a time and hit ‘delete’ in bulk.

HINT: Have some fun with this! Challenge your colleagues and see who can delete the most emails in a 15-minute block. Winner gets a Freddo frog!
