| | We get lots of questions about our training, so we’ve put together a quick overview of what to expect, and what not to expect when you come to I Don’t Have Time - The Workshop in Canberra, Sydney or Newcastle.
|
| | - Four hours jam-packed with thought-provoking content designed to step you towards the changes you’d love in your life.
- A fun, safe space to share with other like-minded women who may also feel frazzled, or even a little bit 'over it’, and know something needs to change, but aren’t sure what … or how.
- A place to dive into practical exercises engineered to fit realistically around the life you already live — not something that would have been ideal for you, if only you’d stumbled across it ‘pre-kids’ or ‘pre-high-pressured-job’ or ‘pre all the things you’re struggling with at the moment’. My 15 Minutes was born out of exactly these kinds of pressures, which we understand intimately.
- An opportunity for some compassionate nudging in areas where the solution is closer than you think.
|
| | - A 'You-Are-Fabulous' Fest with no tolerance of the reality of our changeable emotions, situations and moods. If you want fire-walking and ‘Ra Ra’ and role-playing and group dancing, you might be a little disappointed.
- Equally, this isn't an 'Excuse-fest'. Using examples from our own lives, we’ll talk through all the ways women can be our worst enemies, and how to draw a line in the sand on the habits we’ve been using to let ourselves off the hook for years.
There’s nothing we love more than the emails and messages we receive every time we give a workshop, from women who had a breakthrough, or found their courage, or figured out a problem because of something we said, or something one of the other participants contributed. It’s that kind event — one you’ll be emailing us about even years later to share how something really hit home, and tell us what changed for you. We’d love to see you there! Please book your seat using this link, and get in touch if you have any questions. |
| All the very best
P.S. There also won’t be any interpretive dance … ;-)
