Subject: YouTube killed the radio star

I don't like it, but I accept it

A lot of people want a way to make a “passive income.” I get it.

But I also like doing the work. I like the grind.

Not to say I don’t like setting up systems to make it easier…

As most people born on earth are aware of, a lot of folks are leaning to YouTube to make a little extra scrilla on the side.

I’m not going to lie…I’ve had problems with YouTube in the past. Probably because I didn’t have the foggiest on how to make a video proper. Forget about “monetizing” anything. I was lost.

As you’ve probably figured, I’m not much of a video guy, as I prefer audio.

Even though I watched a lot of television as a youngster, it was the radio, and now podcasts and audiobooks that have been my primary form of “consuming content.”

Not to say there isn’t a place for video. I’ve done it. In the past.

Just not that well.

Lately, a few folks have encouraged me to get back to doing video. I’m going to re-engage with YouTube.

I’ll try it out again. You’ll probably see something from me in the next week.

If video really is your bag and you want your mug all over the internet, get on YouTube yesterday.
