Earlier in the week, I wrote about Chick-Fil-A. I love their sandwiches and their customer service is phenomenal.
However, their rewards program is rather convoluted and doesn't have a ton of benefit as I see it. I'll still earn points when I get the food, but my point is that it doesn't add up to a whole lot in the entire scheme of things.
Compare this to Jersey Mike's. I used to go and get sandwiches and never bothered to sign up for their rewards program—Shore Points™. The cashier would ask me every time.
But then we started getting Jersey Mike's for the entire family on occasion. A single sandwich purchase turned into 6 or 7. "Maybe I should check out what they have for a rewards program," I thought.
I signed up and it is wonderful. Every 5th or 6th sandwich I get enough points for a free one. It only makes sense when the price of everything is skyrocketing.
Plus, we love Jersey Mike's here at the house. Very simple idea. Satisfied customer.
The rewards program is straightforward. Every size of sandwich has a value in points. Purchase a sandwich and build your points. Turn a certain amount of points in—one redemption per transaction—and you get a certain size of sandwich for free.
Simple.
What else is simple?
Requesting more information on the series of virtual masterminds we are planning. The idea is to "take your talent on a journey toward a profitable career."
Several people have signed up or have asked for more information.
Even though the "timer" expired earlier this week, there's been enough interest from the Good Folks out there that I have an "untimed down" for the folks who still want to know what is going on.
By early next week, I'll send out a series of emails with registration information for people who sign up at the following link:
I will also send you my free guide "5 Factors That Help Define an 'Expert'" when you opt-in.
As always,
