Many people have "lost something" this past year. And maybe you did too. Our personal freedom has been limited, hundreds of thousands have lost their jobs, become ill, and even died.

In the duration of human life, loss happens. Loss is real. But it doesn't have to be as painful as you may think. In fact, loss can be a doorway to love.

That's what our colleague Grace Kelly has been seeing deeply in the last months, since the loss of her beloved fiancé Francesco (age 45) to a sudden heart attack in December of 2020.

Grace has been learning about and looking in the direction of the "3 principles" for a while now. But it wasn't until Francesco's death that this understanding truly sunk in for her.

She'll talk about her experience of grief, which comes to her without all the usual, extra layers of fear and worry.

And she'll point us in the direction of an expanding love that's available to all of us – in times of loss, uncertainty and beyond.

The amazing thing is: Even after the greatest loss of her life, still so fresh, Grace feels an ever-growing sense of security, confidence in life, and solid ground beneath her feet.
