I forgot to plot the action steps on my success blueprint last week.
Remember, I told you to do that every single Friday.
Map out what you'll do the next week and you'll be far more productive that if you just hit Monday morning with no "marching orders" to implement.
If you're new to this conversation, I pasted at the end of this message.
I've had a tremendous feedback from you folks about this particular email, so I want to be sure y'all had a chance to read it, and even re-read it.
I should do that too :)
Anyway, I didn't re-read it, and I didn't get my blueprint properly mapped out last Friday.
So now I'm struggling to get things done this week.
It's because I didn't have my marching orders written out in advance. So I sort of "winged it" all week.
Not a pretty picture.
1. I wanted to launch a new WSO this week called "Blogging for Dollars."
I'm about 50% through that. Not good.
2. I promised a guest post by the weekend.
I'm at the 90% mark.
3. I wanted to launch my new coaching program this week (affordable).
Again, 90% through the sales page.
So you see, without doing my blueprint last Friday, I'm playing catch up today (Friday).
These things WOULD have gotten done had I done my blueprint mapping.
In fact, I will not go to bed tonight until I've done it for next week.
You see, I'm even behind on that.
I usually do my "next week" blueprint during my morning coffee each Friday.
Well, whatever.
I'm back to work to see how much of my work I can get through.
The reason for this email?
Did you complete your step by step blueprint yet?
If not, do Your Friday Blueprint right now!
Before you get caught up in other things.
Learn from my mistake.

Happy Friday!

==> plan your "Next Week"... Today
--------------------- I know it's Friday, and the weekend is just about here.
So our tendency is to say "TGIF"... Thank Goodness It's Friday
We might think about what we've accomplished during the week that is ending, then go off to have some rest and relaxation.
We know that come Monday, we can start planning out the new week.
Now, I'm talking to you as a blogger, an online marketer, a product creator...
I'm talking to you like I do to my coaching clients.
You have an online business.
You struggle to make it grow, or even to just get it off the ground.
The only way to do that effectively is to plan out where you're heading.
No contractor would try to build a house without a blueprint.
He may be great in carpentry, but he still needs a blueprint to work from.
That way he knows exactly what to do when he gets to the worksite, what to do first, second and so forth.
Treat your business the very same way.
Friday is the perfect time to do this because
1. You will enjoy your weekend more, if you don't have in the back of your mind "How will I move my business forward next week."
2. When your "next week" is spelled out on a whiteboard, a word doc or even a piece of paper...
It's there for you to see.
But not only will your eyes see it, but your mind will too.
You see, by planning your "next week" today... Friday...
you're actually programming your subconscious mind.
Because your subconsious mind has your set of blueprints, it will start working on your solutions and strategies even before YOU do.
Don't believe me?
Try it.
Try it today.
This is Friday.
This is the very best day to plan your action steps for next week.
What can you do to make your business grow in the direction you want next week?
Write out your action plan for each day... Monday, Tues, etc... right now, on Friday.
Then when you wake up Monday, you won't scratch your head and waste time with emails and Facebook trying to "warm up" to your new week.
You'll hit the ground running, knowing exactly what you need to do and just jump in with both feet.
Your subconscious mind is ready, you have your blueprints on your whiteboard...
Now, it's just up to you to execute.
Not "think about" executing, but simply execute your strategy.
If you want me to look over your blueprint and give you some feedback, just reply to this email with a brief outline of what you want plan to do next week to move your business forward.
I'll look it over and let you know what I think.
Don't need my input?
Great.
Just do it.
Let me know what you think about this, and absoutely, let me know how it works for you.
Get your blueprint "on paper" and then enjoy your weekend.
