Kudos to those who have
already got their sales
page together and are
actively selling their
first physical product.
I'm still in the process
but hope to be joining
you on the ACTIVE list
very soon.
I have spoken with several
U.S. wholesalers who
also do white labels
and drop ship fulfillment.
I told you all about that
in my last email.
So here's what's happening
since then.
I've got my pricing in
place and have chosen
a U.S. company to deal
with.
It's not the manufacturer,
but a US distributor.
That means my cost will
be a bit higher but I'm
fine with that b/c it
saves me the hassle of
importing, tariffs,
regulations all the red
tape.
This company offers drop
ship like I discussed
last time, but for the
first batch of product
I've decided to do my
own shipping until I
have a better handle on
the business.
I like the control to
be in my hands to be
sure product is fulfilled
same day as order.
I'll be shipping to
US customers only, so
it makes things simple.
I'll pack orders and
USPS (postal service)
will pick up the packages
so I don't even have to
leave home... nice.
I'm white labeling, so
I'll get unlabeled
product to put my own
label onto.
The label design and
production will be
done in-house by the
distributor for a
small fee.
I like that, too,
because they're very
good at what they do
and I don't want to
be dealing with package
designers.
More time, more money,
more frustration.
While I'm waiting for
my product delivery,
I'll be designing my
sales page.
PS: if you don't have
the eCom Subscription Pro
software, you'll have to
wing it with something like
a Shopify site.
That will be more difficult
and more costly (it's a
monthly fee)... but you
can do it that way.
Once I have my product
and labels, I can shoot
some photos for the website
and I can start to promote.
So, that's where I'm at.
