Subject: My "Ecom Subscription" Update

==>

Hi all.

I know a lot of you
were on Friday's
webinar because...

I saw you on the
chat :)

There will be another
on this Friday, and
don't forget, it's
your chance to ask
Jon any questions
you have... live.

Now, I told you
about some of
the people who are
off and running with
this, and I've talked
with them and others.

If you've sent in an
email that I haven't
gotten to, yet...
I should get all
caught up today.

For my part, I've
been working on 2
projects.

#1

We've been talking
with a local person
who private labels
a product I'm
interested in setting
up for a subscription.

He's interested in
the idea that we can
create monthly subscriptions
for his product, and is
willing to actually drop
ship it for us.

All I'll have to do is
(a) get some graphics
for the products
(b) use them to create
a subscription sales
letter
(c) give the sales
letter to a CPA Network,
and let them drive sales
(d) maintain customer
relations with buyers.

The one thing that might
make us choose against
this plan is that the
profit margin will be
quite small.

That's because we're
not doing anything.

We're not buying the
product, we're not
importing it, we're
not packaging it and
we're not fulfilling
the orders.

The shop owner will
do ALL that.

The trade off is that
they'll also make the
lion share of the profit.

But that might be okay
just to get our feet
wet.

And if we build significant
volume, the tiny profit
can get pretty big, and
it can happen pretty fast.

Risk?

Pretty much none.

We're not buying any
product or shipping
supplies, we're not
doing any labor except
create the website and
contact the CPA.

#2

We are also talking to
a drop ship manufacturer
in the U.S.

We will white label the
product, they will do
everything including
(if we want) the order
fulfillment.

Everything else will
be like the process
I just told you in #1.

I don't know how this
idea will stack up against
#1 because I haven't gotten
that far into the discussion
with the manufacturer.

I've actually got a phone
appointment to discuss the
details tomorrow.

I'll keep you posted.

PS: If you're part of the
Cash Hive coaching group,
Jon and Kerrie are going
to be wholesaling out and
even doing drop ship and
order fulfillment for some
of their own product.

This will be a very, very
interesting route to go,
BUT you must be part of
Cash Hive.

If you are, expect a
survey today from Kerrie.

Fill it out and let them
know of your interest.

If you're not in that
group, get on Facebook
and ask Kerrie if you
can still get it.

I'm not sure how that
works.

So... that's it kiddies :)

Let me know how you're
doing with this.

Talk Soon,

Donna
