So for me, I like to run every day. I have a rule of thumb. I never go more than three days without running. I hate running. But I run for miles every day. I hate it. In every run there is a point that I say to myself, “Why am I doing this? This is really hard. This is painful.” And every time I then ask myself this question, “Are you a quitter?
