Good day, -We saw 2 weeks resale market for towns, semis & detached houses start to slow down by almost 12% than a week earlier and less multiple offers, The market Changing very rapidly because many buyers got tired Of loosing & dealing with multiple offers,
- Toronto condo market back in action ( very strong )
Prices per square foot keep increasing to an average of $1400 per square foot we saw 8 Wellesley a 55 Storey tower Sold completely ONLY in 2 Weeks, this is a huge indication of the demand for downtown condos coming back very strong.
- We start to see multiple offers back again for some resale condos in downtown / Mississauga & Oakville.
seems like all prediction developers, marketing company made a years ago all correct and it was a temporary slow down for downtown market.
