1- Covid -19 will have an end as the whole world is working to have a vaccine so it's temporary & not permanent .
2-Any real estate under $700,000 is still selling and getting the market value or close to market value, any real estate above $1M mark is NOT selling .
3-Only Desperate Sellers try to sell now . 4-Many units for rent in the market right now . so rental market is slow .
5- Many smart investors looking to buy right now if they Can find the prefect deal ( I personally bought a condo in the last 2 Weeks at Notting hill Condos )
6- Many investors are looking for deals for Assignments if they have good Cash.
