The other day, I was having a conversation with one of our private clients and he was letting me know that his staff was freaking out.
They have never been through this before.
And of course, if you've never been through something like this before, running your business, it can be really scary.
That's normal.
Heck, it's scary even if you have been through this before ;-)
He told me that his team is operating in fear. They are turtling up and they just don't know what to do.
And how do you think that impacts business?
Now, my client and I have both gone through versions of this about 4x.
First there was was 1990-1991, then there was 2001, then 2007/2008, and for me I had a personal crisis in there too ;-)

At the end of the day, you just need to know the Domino's to tip over. Tip over the right domino and you can tilt over 1,000.
But tilt the wrong one, and you have a major clean up on aisle two.
You just have to know how to navigate the landmines.
