| | | Between April and September 2024, 200 nurses from 32 health centres across 10 Local Units of Health Care - Tirana, Elbasan, Peshkopi, Bulqizë, Mat, Pogradec, Kavajë, Kukës, Lezhë, and Mirditë – took part in the training of trainer sessions on the standard nursing procedures required for the provision of home care services. |

| | | Home Care Service is one of the most significant interventions of the HAP Project in Albania. Successfully piloted in May 2021 across nine health centres in Dibra and Fier, this new service model is to be extended to 120 health centres across 17 LUHCs nationwide by 2025. |
