HAP finalises Year 1 of Consolidation Phase: Here are the accomplishments

HAP has successfully completed the first year of its Consolidation Phase, demonstrating resilience and adaptability amid significant shifts in Albania’s health administration. Here are some of its main achievements and focus areas for Year II.

HAP Starts Collaboration with Two CSOs for Health Advocacy

HAP has begun collaborating with two selected organisations to strengthen advocacy activities aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of primary health care, especially concerning vulnerable groups.

Informative Sessions on Home Care Expansion Have Come to an End

16 Local Units of Health Care have concluded the informative meetings regarding the expansion and implementation of Home Health Care. These meetings represent the first orientational step towards the training process of the family medicine team for the implementation of this service.

HAP Welcomes Visit from Medical University of Vienna

HAP had the pleasure of welcoming a team from the Medical University of Vienna interested in learning more about Albanian culture, the healthcare system, and community health practices.

Home care was at the centre of media attention during the month of May.
