So, today is February 2nd 🦦 (ok, I couldn't actually find a groundhog emoji)

The infamous groundhog will let us know if spring is around the corner

or if winter will be hanging around

We woke up to lots of snow this morning ❄️☃️

I always think of the movie, Groundhog Day!

What is your "groundhog day"

that mistake that you repeat over and over?

For me it is that I continue to allow my husband to pull be back 🙂

I love helping people, sharing information and I tend to step in and do lots of 1-on-1 coaching with our salon owners

As we are building a new location, we are in a period where that coaching is very much needed

I don't like to see people struggle

my boss is my husband... 😬

enough said... You can imagine that there are days I just want to wake up in a different home

I want to be able to outsource the human resources stuff

Coaching = Good

HR = Not my cup of tea

My way to get out of my personal "groundhog day" is my online business

... this business

Every month I get closer to my goal... walking away. Freedom.

he keeps sucking me into his business, because he knows my buttons (fears).

He understands my fear of the business pulling our family into an abyss

The investment required (a.k.a. borrowing lots of money to physically build the space) has to be paid back.

It will be years before that huge debt is paid back

Now you can see why I want to diversify into my online business

not only do I love it... including some of the geeky stuff

As I have mentioned, I am looking for an income that will allow me to retire before I can no longer enjoy my retirement

That number is different for everyone.

The only thing that matters is what that number is for YOU!
