This question has plagued business owners forever...

Should you use a % off or a $ discount when running promotions?

I know it is something that our salon owners asked and still ask all the time

I now know there is a marketing rule out there that helps you with making that choice, it is called "The Rule of 100"

So, what is this rule? highlight reel, checklist, the down and dirty?

The best part about this is that it is quite easy to apply...

Is the price less than $100? Use a percentage, like 20% off
If the price is over $100, use a dollar amount, like $25 off

That is a rule I can live with. Marketers around the globe have done test after test and they say this rule holds steady and true

to your Ad or Landing Page and that small change will increase your conversions even more!
